Save money when you book together! Perfect for families or friends traveling as a group
When you browse our services, you'll notice that some offers show a group discount starting from a certain number of people or items.
The Group Discount is designed to help you save when booking multiple spots for the same experience.
How does the Group Discount work?
✓ SAME PRODUCT, SAME ORDER
Simply add the minimum required quantity of the same service to your cart in a single order, and the discount is automatically applied. The minimum quantity is based on adult participants only, as child prices are already discounted compared to adult rates.
✓ SAME DATE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
The service must be scheduled with the guide for the same date. One booking code is generated for the entire group.
✗ MULTIPLE BOOKINGS DON'T COMBINE
If you add the same service to your cart multiple times as separate items (one by one), each will be treated as an individual booking with its own code. The group discount will NOT apply.
✗ DIFFERENT DATE = SEPARATE BOOKING
If any participant wants a different date or time, they must book separately. A separate code will be generated, and the group discount will not apply.
✗ MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED
If you reduce the number of spots and fall below the minimum required quantity, the group discount will be removed and regular price will apply.
Examples: When the Group Discount Applies (and When It Doesn't)
Let's say you are booking a service that offers a group discount starting from 10 people.
✓ Group Discount Applies
You're traveling with friends and want to book a snorkeling tour for everyone on the same day. You add 10 spots to your cart in one order. The group discount is automatically applied, and one booking code is generated for the whole group.
✗ Group Discount Does NOT Apply
You book 5 spots and plan to schedule them for March 15th, then add 5 more spots for March 20th within the same order. These are treated as separate bookings. Each booking receives its own code, and the group discount does not apply.
